As long as kaiser does not get to be in charge of Universal or Single Payer, like it is with the VA., Medicare or any other U.S.Govt' entities, it just might be okay. Like it is in other countries under kaiser's different names. Employers that forced disabled injured workers unto SSA/Medicare without providing any WC medical care or wages per law, these two U.S. entities might be so broke. Our veterans SHOULD have better access to medical care too. The costs to our tax payer base as well as to those who lost their lives is totally unjustifiable, all for kaiser to profit and make it the world's scariest healthcare organization. One cam only blame Congress for the failure of our healthcare in this country and why would Congress allow all of this anyway but to save selfinsured employers the costs of medical they all promised starting in the 60's. It's a medical life and death abomination
My name is donald shivel,,looking to talk to dina padilla about my case. I crushed my upper body and almost ruptured my heart. Workcomp attorney,several doctors and the adjuster committed massive fraud coverup all my injuries.. When I finally saw what the end game was I went outside to doctors and got imaging and reports that exposed all my original complaints. This is when I was infiltrated,stalked,bankfrauded,attacked by groups of vehicles causing multiple accidents. Finally running me down on my motorcycle was the same woman who ran me down with a team of cars on my way to WC appts causing me to miss them.. These people feel they are above the law to be so agressive and not care who gets killed.. Ive got massive evidence,even of the woman and how the insurance industry clears the accidents from the insurance documents.. 2 different names and #s..Its all a scheme like organised crime. I am getting ready to file RICO Lawsuit..
