As long as kaiser does not get to be in charge of Universal or Single Payer, like it is with the VA., Medicare or  any other U.S.Govt' entities, it just might be okay.  Like it is in other countries under kaiser's different names. Employers that forced disabled injured workers unto SSA/Medicare without providing any WC medical care or wages per law, these two U.S. entities might be so broke.  Our veterans SHOULD have better access to medical care too. The costs to our tax payer base as well as to those who lost their lives is totally unjustifiable, all for kaiser to profit and make it the world's scariest healthcare organization. One cam only blame Congress for the failure of our healthcare in this country and why would Congress allow all of this anyway but to save selfinsured employers the costs of medical they  all promised starting in the 60's. It's a medical  life and death abomination

Why Injured ill & disabled need a representative voice in the USA & UN.

As of today, we as injured/ill/disabled workers have no representation but ourselves. This means that no one  state or federal legislator or government agency has aided or assisted  the many horrific problems that we face with the insurance industry, the healthcare industry, the judicial branches  and law enforcement throughout this U.S.A., leaving us out in the proverbial cold, like curs on the street. But thankfully animals are getting the attention they need.
We have been denied medical care and wage replacement by employers/insurance industry besides "medical care" that harms us creating the basis for further injury and harm, with the intentions of not being able to ever work again. Rendering us totally disabled for sure. Most of us end up on SSA benefits but not with the employer paid worker compensation benefits due to us under the stat constitutions. There is no federal control or over site of what employers and their insurance carriers have been allowed to do to us when we only try to get what is owed to us by law. We have been pilloried as criminals when in fact it is the employers/insurers/state govt/judges/DA's/lawyers/doctors who are paid by employers/insurers to deny us the most fundamental and  basic rights to health care and wage benefits, thus making those who deny us with the insurance cartel, the real criminals.
This started in the 70's and grew phenomenally , allowing the insurance cartel to govern our government with risk insurance. Of course this has permeated into all medical care insurance leaving the most vulnerable at the hands of the insurance cartel. In other words, the  insurance cartel is running our country and no federal law to stop them from deciding who will get care or who won't. Making decisions on making sure we will not receive any workers comp claim money for the injuries/illness or disability caused by employers who get a free pass at not providing a safe and healthy work environment Unions gravitate to aiding the employers because they also benefit financially through unaccounted for unions dues and other fees. Helping the employer from paying out pensions is also a deal made by the unions. So the employees lose their health care and retirement benefits along with the loss of workers compensation and discounted rates/offsets SSA benefits.
This is what our legislators signed us worked up for although they will deny this with many  tax dollars paid for committees and organizations to never state the root cause  but actually list the injured/ill/disabled as the possible cause of our nation's finances. This is after the highest paid workers are foiled by their  own employer and union with deliberate providing unsafe and unhealthy work environments.
Congress in it's infinite stupidity and callousness gave employers with their insurers the right to have complete control of a workers insurance claim. Congress also gave the Social Security Administration control over itself as a separate entity from the federal government. The Congress with SSA with its stupidity and callousness made decisions to offset disabled workers their worker compensation benefits from their FICA wage deductions  leaving the employer & it's insurer free from paying out total disability benefits and less benefits from the SSA all to satisfy the national economists employed by congress members who make the determinations on how to spend tax payer dollars. Cutting taxes through the years leave the same amount of money to SSA no matter how many people are injured ill or disabled by their employers.
There are many in the legislation who will see even more need to cut more in SSDI after employers received the benefit of not having to pay worker comp claims and not having to use their share of FICA money for the injured/ill/disabled that the employers created or caused. But all in all, it is we who are injured ill or disabled who pay out of  our SSA benefits for the damages created by the employer. But our legislators make sure we don't receive too much, otherwise we might become a viable force to be reckoned with. Give us our full benefits and our medical care. where we can afford decent housing, food to eat, clothing to wear and provide the necessities for our children and also with medical care to help us feel better and we might just be able to fight back, fight for what was done to us on the job by corporations who get away with it all with impunity by and while with breaking labor laws among many others and congress giving employers a full bailout by deregulating more laws, laws that would hold employers accountable and responsible for all of their actions done to their workers.
No injured/ill/ or disabled worker should ever have to worry about being followed, stalked,  car accidents (including their family members)  with the many illegal surveillance activity by the employers and or their insurers on top of not receiving medical care and little to no benefits. This is akin to what is called gang stalking(Targeted Individuals) that was practiced by the Nazi's, (Germany) Stasi's, (Germany) MI5 ( England or New Britian) and now  includes the CIA & other federal, state and local law enforcement law, all of which reared it's ugly head in the 70's-80's by  U.S.employers
What we need is for the President of the United States of America is to have a representative voice for injured/ill/disabled workers at the white house just as for any other disenfranchised group and a representative voice  in the United Nations because for years we do not ahve a voice to represent disabled at the United Nations. We need a representative  voice in the Dept of Labor, the Dept f Health and Human services which are just a few agencies that we need a representative voice and certainly assign congress and the Senate committees to  address the many concerns and issues that we have been facing and plagued with for over 30 years.  We need a federal mandate and laws to prevent and stop the abuses by corporations and their insurers and most of all we as injured/ill/disabled/ need legislative, judicial & executive protection just as corporation  citizenry have and enjoy.
Certainly all other organizations. corporations all have a voice and those they leave behind, the injured/ill/disabled need a representative voice  because injured/ill/disabled lives matter.
